We wanted to take a stab at the tarpon and see if the reds were running at the bridge on a beautiful morning in the low country.
The reds were there for sure but no tarpon were sited.
As soon as the tide switched to outgoing the bite was on as we landed four big reds in about an hour and left them biting as the mullet supply dried up.
Finished up by taking a few small trout at the mouth in our trout hole.
